Vertical machining center
DEFUM’s R1000 AFM is an advanced CNC machine tool equipped with a SINUMERIK 828D type continuous control system. This versatile machine can be effectively used for work in both unit and batch production conditions.
Precision and efficiency
The precision of the machining process on the R1000 machining center is guaranteed by the use of high-grade bearings in the spindle system and backlash-free reciprocating screw gears for X, Y and Z axis travels. These components are mounted on bearings with high axial rigidity to ensure stability and machining accuracy.
Adjustability and programmability
Both spindle speed and work feed rate are infinitely adjustable and fully programmable. This allows the user to tailor machining parameters to specific needs and requirements, resulting in flexibility and efficiency.
The R1000 vertical machining center is a complete solution for manufacturing companies that strive to achieve excellent machining quality while maintaining high productivity and flexibility in the production process.

CNC lathe AFM DEFUM TUG-56MN
It has been developed as a versatile, two-axis CNC lathe, equipped with a turret head or vice with the possibility of manual tool mounting. Its design is based on a traditional flat bed, which allows machining workpieces up to 560 mm in diameter. In addition, the machine allows turning long workpieces of up to
1500 mm in length.
Thanks to the large spindle passage and the use of a through-hole bracket, it is possible to machine bar materials with a diameter of up to 75 mm (optionally up to 105 mm). The overall rigidity of the bed, slides and turret head or vice allows machining at high cutting parameters, using modern cutting tools.
The TUG-56MN lathe also offers a manual operation option, providing a unique opportunity to quickly introduce experienced turners to work on a numerically controlled machine. The availability of this option makes the machine flexible and adaptable to the different needs and skills of operators.
Bomar Ergonomic-320-258-DG-001 Band Saw
The Ergonomic 320.258 DG handheld band saw is a gravity tool designed for versatile double-sided angled cutting. It features a heavy-duty cast iron arm and a 27 mm high belt. The mechanism for lowering the arm works by gravity, and is adjusted by a hydraulic cylinder.
After cutting, the arm is raised automatically. The machine is equipped with a large rotary table, synchronized with the movement of the arm, which prevents pre-cutting of the belt to the ground. Precise saw belt guidance, arm articulation in tapered roller bearings and a synchronous chip brush ensure
excellent performance and long belt life.
In addition, the possibility of double-sided angle cutting and infinitely adjustable belt speed (from 20m/min. to 120 m/min.) thanks to a frequency converter greatly increase the machine’s efficiency.
